Priced from £399 per person, or £599 for two people sharing a room for a two night break, the Wellness Retreat includes daily Holistic Yoga classes (suitable for all availabilities), wellness workshops, including meditation, guided visualisation, a Deep Sleep Technique, and morning and evening rituals, as well as access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Daily healthy meals are also included, plus revitalising refreshments designed to cleanse, energise, and boost the immune system, throughout the retreat. The hotel’s vegan chef has created a nourishing, healthy and delicious menu with dishes available to suit all dietary requirements.

Burnham Beeches Hotel is set within 10-acre gardens with a sprawling lawn to the front and magnificent trees that frame the Georgian house, making it the ideal location for a relaxing break.
