Unique and soothing treatments include a Pumpkin Aromasque Facial, a Marma Point Foot Massage, a Muscle Melting Back Massage and a Sinus Release Massage.

Hastings Hotels has designed the luxurious package to treat the body to a post-summer skin repair therapy. With three different tailor-made massages, a Pumpkin Aromasque Facial and an advanced yogic technique, guests will depart with a renewed positivity, ready to face the autumn months head on.

NEW Autumn Day Spa Experience

Performed in the hotels’ stunning surroundings, the Autumn Day Spa Experience begins with a selection of yogic stretches. This helps to wake-up weary muscles and remove day-to-day stresses before a relaxing Pumpkin Aromasque Facial that brightens up the face and mind.

The spa experience then continues with the relaxing Marma Point Foot Massage, designed to boost the immune system, improve circulation and control the body’s muscular system. This is then followed by the slightly more intensive Melting Back Massage, a deep tissue treatment that works into stiff or sore muscles to release any sense of pain or tension. Finally the peaceful Sinus Release Massage clears all sinuses ensuring guests are in tip top condition to face the chilly autumn months.

Guests can enjoy full use of the spa facilities, including the eucalyptus steam room and Jacuzzi following their Autumn Spa Day Experience at the Slieve Donard Resort & Spa or at the Culloden Estate & Spa. Before or after treatments, a light lunch is included at Zest Juice Bar or Lighthouse Lounge. Guests also have the option to truly spoil themselves and upgrade their treatments to include an ESPA Ocean & Earth Body Wrap, lasting 50 minutes, or a 25 minute ESPA Oil & Body Scrub.

A £30 supplement applies for Saturdays and Sundays at both hotels.
