Advertising Terms and Conditions
An ‘Advertiser’ is the person or company who reserves, purchases or books an advertising position, space or package. An advertiser is not limited to an agency, company, brand owner or company director - the ‘Advertiser’ will be liable for any fees or responsibilities linked with any purchases, reservations or bookings agreed unless alternative arrangements are agreed with a member of the Warm Welcome Magazine or The Little Publishing House teams in writing. Bookings and reservations will be made via phone line, in person, or over email. All calls are recorded for training, quality and proof of purchase purposes. Emails are also logged to ensure there is clarity when an advertiser secures an advertising opportunity.
The Little Publishing House is the parent company of Warm Welcome Magazine, others magazines may also operate with The Little Publishing House as the parent company. Warm Welcome Magazine employees will gather ‘Advertising Copy’ via associates which is the promotional content that the advertiser wishes to publish across multiple marketing platforms. ‘Publication’ is the term used to describe the magazine in both digital and printed format. Digital versions can be accessed via handheld devices or desktop computers. Printed issues are available to purchase via subscription on the Warm Welcome Magazine website.
Any bookings, reservations or purchases will be confirmed in writing (this will likely be confirmed electronically via email) but posted confirmations can be sent if requested. Bookings and reservations can be made over the phone, however, please be aware all calls are recorded. A copy deadline and a closure date will be discussed when any bookings are made to ensure Advertising Copy arrives on time.
A ‘Rate Card’ is included within our Media Pack which can be referred to when bookings are made. The advertiser must be aware that prices on the rate card will be exclusive of VAT and each price is subject to change. This applies to any purchases or reservations made through The Little Publishing House, Warm Welcome Magazine or any other associated marketing platforms or magazines. If any additional requests or services are agreed during negotiations which have additional fees attached - this will be the responsibility of the advertiser who booked the additional services to complete payment. If the individual who booked/reserved the marketing opportunity is unable to complete payment - an alternative agreement will need to be in place prior to the deal being made and a member of the Warm Welcome Magazine team must be made aware. The entire payment for all services supplied will need to be paid on an agreed date or within 30 days of reservation (whichever comes first).

Advertising positions are to be agreed with by a member of the The Little Publishing House or Warm Welcome Magazine team. Any request for exact positions must be agreed in writing prior to finalising an agreement.
