These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) have been written to give users guidance when using any services provided by The Little Publishing House. This service is owned and operated by The Little Publishing House. If you do not agree with the written terms and conditions then please refrain from using any services linked with The Little Publishing House and Warm Welcome Magazine. Please review the following terms and conditions thoroughly before using any service. The Little Publishing House will display content across print and digital platforms. Editorial content, images and any other form of media may be organically sourced by the team or it may be paid for promotion.

Users must be at least 16 years of age in order to use any service and at least 18 years of age to enter any competition unless stated otherwise. If you are under the age of 18 we would strongly advise that you seek your parent’s or guardian’s permission before sending any information over the internet. Please consult with parent’s or guardian’s if you wish to continue to use any service or outlet linked to The Little Publishing House or Warm Welcome Magazine.

Print & digital services may include third party hyperlinks or services to The Little Publishing House. We do not accept any responsibility for the content supplied via external links. Third parties may collect data or information - users will browse third party/external sites at their own risk. The Little Publishing House reserves the right to remove any content or links which do not comply with our advertising terms and conditions. If the supplier cancels at any time they will provide a full refund (within 14 days) of the payment being made.

The Publisher shall during the term, comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including the Bribery Act 2010 and not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 6 of the Bribery Act 2010 if such activity, practice or conduct had been carried out in the UK.

Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or restrict either party’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of that party or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to create a partnership or joint venture between the parties.

No failure or delay by any party in exercising its rights under this Agreement will operate as a waiver of that right nor will any single or partial exercise by either party of any right preclude any further exercise of any other right.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. Each party agrees that it shall have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not expressly set out in the Agreement.

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these conditions and no person other than you and us shall have any rights under it.

These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Each Party irrevocably agrees that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
