Liberation Cocktails, the rapidly growing premium pre-mixed cocktail brand, has secured a number of new on-trade listings for its on-tap cocktails. Ahead of a busy summer for the industry, British café and restaurant brand Benugo, Rudy’s Vegan Diner and luxury properties Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, The Vineyard in Berkshire and Donnington Valley Hotel, also in Berkshire, have had Liberation on-tap installed to ensure a less labour-intensive but uncompromised quality cocktail offering.

Initially launching at Benugo’s Serpentine café in Hyde Park with a view to expanding across the estate, Liberation Cocktails will provide signature on-tap Aperol Spritz and Mojitos to the busy central site. The full on-tap range is now available at Donnington Valley Hotel; Rudy’s Vegan Diner in Islington has been fitted with on-tap Aperol Spritz, Gin Garden and Mojito alongside the full canned range, while Gleneagles Hotel is launching with a mobile Aperol Spritz bar.

Danny De Ruiter, Head of Procurement at Benugo, said “We are always looking for new and innovative ways to evolve the Benugo brand, and on-tap cocktails felt like the perfect solution to meet the growing demand for a fast and efficient yet premium serve at our Serpentine site. Liberation were able to offer us a bespoke, tailored arrangement which perfectly suited our demand and needs, and we are looking forward to nurturing what has already proved to be a fantastic relationship with the team. Cheers to Aperitivo hour al fresco!”

George Workman, Managing Director, Liberation Cocktails, said: “We are delighted to be rolling out our on-tap offering to these great hospitality brands. The response from the on-trade has been amazing, and we are delighted to be working with these venues to help reimagine their cocktail offering whilst providing genuinely helpful technology. We view these relationships as collaborations and will continue to work with our venue partners every step of the way to ensure we are adding value and supporting them as they ramp-up for a busy post-lockdown summer. We’re also getting ready to launch some new products later in the year to help meet on-trade demand – stay tuned!”
