Team behind Flight Club to open three more bars this year

Red Engine, the group behind Flight Club Darts, has revealed plans to open three new venues in the UK this year.

The company is set to launch Flight Club Oxford, Flight Club Liverpool and spin-off brand Electric Shuffle – a high-tech version of a shuffleboard – in Manchester.

Competitive darts bar Flight Club was first launched in London's Shoreditch in 2015 by founders Steve Moore and Paul Barham.

It has since opened 12 Flight Club venues across the UK and expanded its operations to the United States via State of Play Hospitality, as well as Australia through NightOwl Entertainment.

The team launched Electric Shuffle in 2019, which now has five sites across the UK and the United States.

Red Engine, which operates 20 venues across three continents, is planning to open eight more venues globally in 2024.

Moore, co-founder and chief executive of Red Engine, said: "When we set ourselves the challenge of making darts cool again, never in our wildest dreams did we imagine that a decade on, we'd be 20 venues in and celebrating such a huge milestone."
