Michelin-Star Chefs arrive in Mauritius in 2020 with Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels
The award-winning Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels is proud to unveil a series of gastronomic events running from 3rd January – 2nd March 2020, promising to kick-off the new year in foodie style! During this two-month extravaganza, the Head Chefs at five-star hotels Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa and neighbouring Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa will welcome seven Michelin-starred chefs to host a number of one-off gourmet dinners at Blue Marlin and Umami Restaurants respectively, available to book through Beachcomber Tours.
The aptly named ‘Stars in Paradis’ Festival will bring together world-renowned chefs boasting an impressive 13 Michelin stars in total and combining Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisine with Mauritian flavours. Guests staying over the selected dates can book each dinner for a £90 supplement per person.
Set on Le Morne Peninsula with the iconic Le Morne mountain carving an impressive backdrop, both Paradis Beachcomber and Dinarobin Beachcomber are the ideal destinations for a gourmet winter sun getaway. The hotels are fringed by white sandy beaches, with suites and villas nestled between lush vegetation and tropical gardens. The resorts also offer a host of complimentary land and water sports, from kitesurfing and sailing, to tennis and kayaking, so guests can work off their Michelin-star dinners from the night before!
