The Grove, Hertfordshire partners with Jimmy Garcia to launch seasonal dining experiences for Summer 2021
Following last season’s success, The Grove in Hertfordshire is delighted to be launching two new pop ups in collaboration with the renowned English chef Jimmy Garcia: Jimmy’s BBQ Club and Jimmy’s Garden Table. Launching on 14th July, and available throughout the summer season, the dining concepts have been designed to offer unique experiences to guests within The Grove’s exclusive Walled Garden.
Diners can choose between informal catch-ups with friends and family at Jimmy’s BBQ Club, located at the heart of the Walled Garden or a more immersive gastronomic experience at Jimmy’s Garden Table, which comprises two private dining tables for a minimum of six people each, located in the beautifully verdant, Jemima’s Kitchen Garden.
Set at the centre of the Walled Garden, Jimmy’s BBQ Club will open on 14th July, serving dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. The menu will include flavoursome starters such as charred peach, burrata and smoked almond pesto with freshly picked spring leaves and herbs, as well as Jimmy’s famous BBQ dishes including monkfish with devilled brown shrimp butter and charred hispi cabbage.
Jimmy’s Garden Table, which also launches on 14th July, is set to offer a truly unique private dining experience, in the surroundings of biodiverse Jemima’s Kitchen Garden. The Garden Table can be booked from Wednesday to Sunday (Friday to Sunday for residents of The Grove only) with a 6:30pm arrival. Diners can expect to feast on a six-dish tasting menu, with the option to choose between just the food menu at £90 per person or paired wines for £125 per person.
The Grove in Hertfordshire re-launched on the 17th May after an extensive refurbishment, led by renowned designer Martin Hulbert, marking the start of a new era for the hotel. With a range of post-dinner options, guests are welcome to visit the Lounges to continue their night or head to The Glasshouse Bar for a refreshing cocktail.
