Rosewood Little Dix Bay, British Virgin Islands - Opened January 2020

The much-anticipated Rosewood Little Dix Bay opened in January 2020, following a four-year closure. An eco-tourism destination long before the term was coined, developed by conservationist Laurance Rockefeller over half a century ago - the beachfront hideaway celebrates Virgin Gorda’s natural beauty. Located on half-mile crescent bay, spanning 500 acres, rooms and suites are set just steps from the beach, with 24-hour butler service. Highlights include cliffside Sense Spa and hilltop yoga platform with panoramic views - and the hexagonal-shaped Tree House Suites, perched on stilts in the lush gardens, with wrap around terraces for an elevated perspective. A family-friendly destination, Rosewood Little Dix Bay will offer a wide array of activities including a tennis centre, Rosewood Explorers Club, hiking trails, watersports and beach drops.

Rosewood São Paulo, Brazil - Opening 2020

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will launch its first South American property situated in the centre of São Paulo, featuring 151 guestrooms and 114 owners’ suites, two restaurants, including one located on a veranda overlooking hotel gardens and complemented by a bar and a caviar lounge. Recreational facilities will include two swimming pools with one rooftop pool and the other set amongst the landscaped grounds and a large spa and a fitness area. Hotel guests will also be able to access an adjoining music studio, screening room and luxury retail stores within the development. Rosewood Hotels and Resorts are collaborating on this project with leading international figures such as the Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel and designer Philippe Starck, to create a one-of-a-kind building.

Rosewood Hong Kong - Asaya - Opened November 2019

November 2019 marks the launch of the ultimate urban wellness destination, ASAYA, at Rosewood Hong - offering progressive, comprehensive integrative wellness in a destination setting. This is the first urban outpost of Asaya, following its resort debut in Phuket in December 2017. Asaya will occupy a vast indoor and outdoor space at Rosewood Hong Kong, making it the largest lifestyle and wellness facility of the city. Highlights include:

  • A team of world-class resident practitioners tailor a comprehensive program for each guest

  • Signature programming focused around counselling, personal change and core transformation

Dive Palm Springs - Opened November 2019 

A new luxury boutique resort in Palm Springs, Dive is a 11-key hotel that brings the elegance and grace of the 1960’s French Riviera to Palm Springs. The intimate property evokes a home away from home vibe, with 9 guest rooms and 2 suites called Paris and Orchid set around the rare tiled pool by Maurice Libbot. The name of the property was inspired by the iconic pool and Lulu, Dive’s eight-foot diving girl neon work of art dating back to 1954. JetBlue currently offers a direct service from New York City until Memorial Day Weekend 2020. From the UK, British Airways and United service Palm Springs seasonally with one US connection. Dive is located a 10 minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). 

Mama Shelter Paris West - Opened January 2020

Located in the eclectic 15th arrondissement, Mama Shelter's second Paris opening debuted in January 2020, just minutes from the lively Porte de Versailles exhibition centre. With cutting-edge design elements by up and coming French designer Dion & Arles, featuring the playful design and vibrant colour palettes - guests can unwind in front of the open fire in the all-day restaurant or dine al fresco on the terrace, complete with its very own half-size basketball court. This will be Mama Shelter’s 12th property.
