Searcys appointed new catering partner at IET London: Savoy Place

Searcys has been appointed the new catering partner for IET London: Savoy Place, providing expert catering and service across the venue for internal and external events in a five-year agreement with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

Located by the River Thames, Savoy Place, home to the IET, a world-leading professional organisation for engineers, offers state-of-the-art AV facilities and unrivalled 180° views of the iconic London skyline. Set across four floors, the conference and events space comprises of 16 rooms, including a roof terrace, two lecture theatres, and library.

With over 174 years of experience in events catering, Searcys will bring their expertise to create new menus and event packages, working with Savoy Place on reopening events.

Led by Head Chef Stuart Fay, who has over 30 years of industry experience working at prestigious events and venues, menus will showcase seasonal produce from the British Isles with catering options running from breakfast packages, buffets and touch-free lunch boxes for meetings and conferences, through to canapé receptions and fine dining. Experts in Champagne, Searcys will also introduce expertly crafted wine and champagne lists.

The partnership will see Searcys cater for events at Savoy Place, alongside introducing new menus for the onsite members café. Adding a touch of indulgence, Searcys will also bring additional experiences to members and event organisers, including wine tastings and masterclasses.
