The Concept
As the only international tapas restaurant in town, 360 Restaurant represents the harmony and fusion of tastes from every corner of the world, brought directly from the kitchen team’s hometowns to your palate and plate.
The concept revolves around the circle as a universal symbol of earth, wholeness and unity, conveyed throughout the restaurant with its central oval shaped bar and oval seating areas.
Suited to the needs of globetrotters who are always on the go, 360 Restaurant is set to delight with its unique concept of mouth-watering tapas and a wide range of dishes, cooked to perfection using the freshest ingredients.
The Menu
Chef Akshay Sabharwal, who has worked for Hilton Casinos, Emirates, elegant boutique hotels and F1-Silverstone, combines 26 years’ experience with skills gained from Michelin Star chefs.
Specializing in new restaurant openings, Akshay has assembled a team whose passion and flair make every dish both a journey and a destination. He received the Kingston Business Excellence Awards 2017 for Jack’s Kitchen for food and hospitality.
At 360 Restaurant, he showcases his culinary skills with a menu that will tempt your inner foodie. Dig into dishes like Smoked Scallops in a ponzu, coconut and kaffir lime reduction, Crisp Fried Crab with black risotto rice and a passionfruit and chilli sorbet or a Crispy Talo Corn Tortilla with burrata, heritage tomatoes, micro basil, chlorophyll infused olive oil.
Top it off with a Pecan and Whiskey pie or if you prefer something chocolatey, the Chocolate 360 Orbit with dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline ice cream, milk foam, honeycomb and popping candy – or choose from many other decadent desserts. A bar lounge and restaurant menu are also available, loaded with nibbles, small plates, sharing platters, mains and grilled meats of the finest cuts.
