Located in the stylish Hart Shoreditch hotel, the restaurant promises to take guests on a culinary journey inspired by the bustling streets of Asia, with an electric East London edge. On the 31st December, early birds can enjoy a three course menu of signature UBA dishes for £65, with choices ranging from Argentinian prawn tempura to West Country Yakiniku beef ribeye. For the ultimate New Year's Eve experience, UBA has curated a lavish five course menu at £90, which includes a complimentary glass of bubbles alongside an array of UBA's creative plates. Early seating is from 6pm until 7:45pm, late seating is from 8:30pm until late, with last seating at 10pm.
