Antonio Salvatore, head chef at Monaco’s Rampoldi restaurant, has received his first Michelin star and is the only representative of Italian cuisine in Monte Carlo.

The Michelin star is credit to Salvatore’s dedication and commitment to Rampoldi and puts the restaurant in the limelight now more than ever.

This momentous milestone paves the way to further success for the 34-year-old chef, who, as a native Italian with a cosmopolitan soul, wins the Michelin Guide of France.

The first Michelin star signifies aspiration and chef Salvatore assures us that this is only the beginning for the young chef.
