The romance begins pre-arrival at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, with the option of booking a private couples’ water taxi transfer ensuring a showstopper arrival and a chance to soak in the stunning landscapes of the city of canals. Couples will then check in to a stunning room or suite with a view, and for an extra touch, can opt for one of the brand-new designer suites by Biagio Forino.
Once checked in, the love story unfolds with Hilton Molino’s Valentine’s experiences.
‘Love Atelier’ Perfume-making Workshop
Couples in search of a memorable excursion during their romantic Venetian escape need look no further than the hotel’s new perfume workshop with The Merchant of Venice, a local brand of artistic perfumery, which takes its inspiration from the ancient Venetian Perfumery Art.
Taking place at the historic Studium bookshop near St. Mark’s Square, the ‘Love Atelier’ workshop provides an introduction to the Venetian art of perfume and the opportunity to craft a personalised fragrance of one’s own.
A journey for all the senses, couples will uncover the fascinating Venetian history of perfume over the centuries, the science of olfaction (the sense of smell) and the most important raw and synthesis materials, finishing by designing the pyramid of a fragrance. Guided step-by-step by experts, participants will compose their very own personalised fragrance, providing them with a lasting memento of their trip and the most romantic – and unique – of Valentine’s gifts.
The one-hour Love Atelier workshop by The Merchant of Venice is priced at €100 per person.
