Dine With The Chef – Discerning foodies will love this opportunity to experience a five-course gourmet tasting menu, designed and prepared by Michelin-trained chef Jan Knedla. The Dedica Anthology invites guests to be seated at the Chef’s Table at Inn Ox Restaurant, where the tasting journey will begin. The chef’s unique and carefully selected menus prioritise seasonal ingredients in an intricate game of textures and flavours. Each course is explained to the guest right from its inspiration through to its perfect assembly on the plate. Wine pairings may be arranged separately with their expert sommelier to create the perfect finish.
Those dining at the restaurant can be met with the highest values of safety and comfort including socially distances tables, sanitised towelettes and hand sanitiser offered upon seating. Employees will also serve food and drinks with face coverings and gloves, ensuring safety is a top priority to accompany a relaxing evening focused around the finest delicacies.
Dining with The Chef is available for EUR 86 / £78 based on 2 people, and lasts from 6pm to 10pm and can be booked directly with the hotel upon arrival.
Picnic In Prague – Enjoy Prague like the locals do with a lazy gourmet picnic in a beautiful setting. Carlo IV’s private driver will take guests to a carefully selected park or garden in the Vysehrad or Kampa districts, to suit the occasion or time of day. They will be escorted to the picnic spot, where those dining will be met with a hamper of tasty treats, including salads, cheeses, cold meats, fresh and pickled vegetables, home-made bread, fruit, dips and sauces – all accompanied by a bottle of delicious local wine and a picture-perfect view. Raise a glass and relax in the sunshine, as Prague sparkles all around this beautiful setting.
All driver-guides are fully certified and happy to meet guests at their selected time of departure. Drivers will also be wearing gloves, face masks and will be separated by protective glass. The car will be sanitised after each journey and will contain hand sanitiser and wipes, ensuring seamless and comfortable transport to and from location.
