How are the homes selected?
Stay One Degree hand-picks every home that wishes to join the club to ensure they are of the right quality for members. Extensive vetting and due diligence are undertaken on all the homes, including: an interview with the owner, 200+ point check-list testing homes against a wide range of criteria, review of previous guest feedback if available and proof of address, ownership and ID copy of the owner.
